MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Certification Support

MBE certification opens doors to set-aside dollars and prime/sub diversity goals — but the application is detailed and easy to stall on. We guide you through it.

What is MBE Certification?

A Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification recognizes a business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by minority group members. Issued through state agencies and councils such as the NMSDC, it qualifies certified firms for minority set-aside opportunities and helps prime contractors meet diversity participation goals on public projects.

How R. Construction Solutions Helps

We assess your eligibility, assemble the ownership and control documentation, prepare and review the application, and position your certified status across SAM.gov and the agency systems where it earns you work. (R. Construction Solutions is actively pursuing its own MBE certification — we guide clients through the same process we're navigating ourselves.)

Why It Matters

Many federal, state, and local projects carry minority-participation goals. Certification can move you from "ineligible" to "preferred" on a meaningful share of public work.
